Banana Cinnamon Smoothie
Ingredients: (per person)
1 banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Blend all ingredients together until well combined
